History

Established in 1976, Industrial Relations Consultants, Inc. is the oldest professional labor relations consulting company of its type in the United States and was initially created to serve the growing, and highly diverse, ethnic workforce in Southern California. However, this culturally diverse workforce has increased nationally and Industrial Relations Consultants now assists many employers who realize they lack both resources and expertise to meet the employment needs of their diverse workforce.

Over the years, our clients have included companies in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing/logistics, hospitality and leisure, health care, as well as newspapers and the media. Our experience is wide-ranging and not limited to any particular sector, industry or work group. Today our practice spans the entire industrial and geographical United States.
