Industrial Relations Consultants, Inc. has been busy working on several campaigns conducting successful NLRB union election campaigns at various companies starting with a cruise line in Alaska. Next were worked on another NLRB union campaign in Northern California at a winery and successfully prevented our client from being organized. Finally, we recently represented a College in San Francisco where a majority of employees supported the employer and voted against being organized.

We expect this trend to continue as we work hard to keep our clients union free while we build employee support and loyalty for our clients.
