Employee Vulnerability Assessments

The Employee Vulnerability Assessment is one of the most effective union prevention and organizational development tools available to management. It identifies the organization's vulnerable areas before they can be exploited. This enables management to make the proper strategic decisions to achieve their labor relations goals.

Industrial Relations Consultant's employee vulnerability assessment, which is all customized to meet your organizations needs, includes:

  • Assess supervisors' skills and abilities, attitudes toward work, management and employees. Find and utilize the employee “Peer Group” leaders.
  • Pinpoint problematic issues between management and the work force and implement solutions.
  • Evaluate employees' attitudes toward their workplace and identify employee relations issues that need to be addressed.
  • Identify the company’s vulnerability to third party intervention.
  • Identify and monitor problematic employees and develop an improvement strategy.
  • Meet or communicate with senior management to discuss findings and appropriate courses of action to be taken.
  • Implement a strategy to reduce the risk of third party intervention.

Through a series of one-on-one confidential interviews, our employee vulnerability assessment will evaluate the overall relationship between employees and management and the general attitude of employees toward the company.
